	Charges are modest and agreed beforehand and may be either on an hourly basis or on a fixed price depending on the type of work involved. For example, a reformat and re-installation of Operating System (only) will be charged at £30. Where data needs to be backed up and/or other software needs to be installed there will be additional charges. Proof of ownership of Operating System and/or other software to be installed should be provided.
